Report underage sales
This form allows you to report incidents of underage sales when businesses, such as supermarkets, shops, pubs or clubs, have sold age-restricted products to young persons. These products include alcohol, cigarettes, fireworks, knives, solvents, DVDs, computer games and spray paints.

Please describe the type of incident and product sold
Sometimes underage persons obtain alcohol from shops without directly buying it themselves (proxy sales) where adults bought the alcohol and then supplied it to the young persons.
The minimum age for purchasing aclcohol, cigarettes, fireworks, knives and certain solvents is 18, but the minimum age for buying spray paint is 16. The minimum age for buying DVDs and computer games depends on whether the content is classified as 18, 15 or 12
