| Rhondda Cynon Taf's Leisure, Parks and Countryside Service is committed to continuous improvement within its leisure facilities and seeks to involve local people as much as possible in this process. As part of this commitment, the service undertakes annual customer satisfaction surveys and where practicable, makes service delivery changes aimed at improving the quality of provision.
