You can use this search facility to see what options are available at this stage of your education. You can see which courses are provided in your local school or you can find out where you can sit a particular course. Many school courses are now offered on a consortia basis so while they may not be running in your home school, you may be able to study them at an alternative school within your consortia.
School consortia are:
- BYP - Bryncelynnog and Y Pant
- Taff Ely - Hawthorn, Pontypridd High and Cardinal Newman
- Rhondda - Tonypandy, Tonyrefail, Porth, Ferndale, Treorchy
- Cynon - Aberdare Girls, Aberdare Boys, Blaengawr, Mountain Ash, St Johns
- Welsh Medium - Ysgol Gyfun Llanhari, Ysgol Gyfun Garth Olwg, Ysgol Gyfun Rhydywaun and Ysgol Gyfun Cymer y Rhondda
Some A Level subjects may not run because of insufficient numbers, but all courses listed are available provided there are enough students to study them.
